For Total Reps:

Min 0-3: Hollow Rocks (back & forth = 1 rep)

Min 3-6: Tire Flips (1 flip = 5 reps)

Min 6-9: Double Unders (Scale: jump and double tap a high bar on the rig)

Min 9-12: Sled Push (Rx-135/90, Scale-90/45) *Wall to wall = 10 reps
