1. Skill Work
 During this time the coach will help you work on HSPU and T2B technique/progression. This is what today is about so focus on getting better!
 4 Giant Sets* of:
 10 HSPU (LIII-Unbroken)
 10 T2B (LIII-Unbroken)

 *A Giant Set are not for time, but are done with minimal rest between movements. Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.

 2. WOD
 3 Rounds for Time of:
 20 GHD Sit Ups (sub V-Ups)
 40 DUs (80 SUs)
