Death By #1: (for total reps. We are even counting the reps you do in the round that you fail)

1 Snatch @ 75% of your 1RM 

Burpees  

*1st round is 1 burpee, 2nd round is 2 burpees, 3rd round is 3 burpees, etc until you cannot complete 1 snatch and the designated amount of burpees in that min. 

**SCALE: Increase burpees 1 rep every 2 mins (ie: Round 1&2 include 1 burpee, round 3&4 include 2 burpees, round 5&6 include 3 burpees, etc until failure) 


REST 7 MINS AFTER FAILING THE ABOVE WORKOUT THEN START DEATH BY #2 


Death By #2:

5 Burpees (scale: 3 burpees) 

Handstand Push Ups III-Strict, II-Kipping, I-DB Strict Press 

*Perform 5 (or 3) burpees then in the 1st min complete 1 HSPU. 2nd min = 5 burpees + 2 HSPU. Add 1 HSPU every minute until failure.
