1. Find your 1RM OHS, Back Squat or Front Squat

2. For Time:

15 Clean & Jerks (65% of 1RM)

15 Back Squats (65% of 1RM)

15 Tire Flips

15 Back Squats (65% of 1RM)

15 Snatches (65% of 1RM)

*1 Bar - On last C&J, place you bar on the rack for back squats and change weight. After last back squat on 2nd set, drop to the ground and change weight for snatch

LEVEL III 

1. Find your 1RM OHS, Back Squat or Front Squat

2. For Time:

10 Clean & Jerks (85% of 1RM)

10 Back Squats (75% of 1RM)

10 Heavy Tire Flips

10 Back Squats (75% of 1RM)

10 Squat Snatches (75% of 1RM)

*1 Bar - On last C&J, place you bar on the rack for back squats and change weight. After last back squat on 2nd set, drop to the ground and change weight for snatch
