24 min AMRAP:
*2 mins of WORK then 1 min of REST for 8 Rounds
10 Box Jumps III-36"/30", II-30"/24", I-24"/20"
15 Single-Arm Overhead Squats III-50/35, II-35/25, I-25/15
20 GHD Sit Ups (Sub: V-Ups w/ DB between feet)
*You will be running through this like a normal AMRAP but every 2 mins the class will stop and take a 1 min break.
PSA: I love programming dumbbells but I don't love holes through the mats (like straight through.) So please do not throw DBs. If you just picked it up 15 times you can set it back down 1 more time. Thank you! -Management ;-)
