Alternate between the following movements every minute (6 rounds):

1) 3 Strict Muscle Ups (scale: Kipping MUs or 6 Hard Dips (light resistance))

2) 8 Strict Handstand Push-Ups (scale: Kipping or Box HSPUs) LIII-Face Wall

3) Cal Row (III-15/11, II-13/9, I-10/7)

4) 200m Run (Scale: Shorter Run)

5) 20 Walking Lunges w/ 45/25# Plate Overhead
