Strict Pull Ups
Complete a total of 40 reps in each round for Men and 35 reps for Women. For example, if a man rows 25 calories in a minute, then he completes 15 Pull Ups for that round. If a woman rows 15 calories, then she'll complete 20 Pull Ups for that round. Start your next round of rowing when you're ready but only row for 60 secs. Obviously the faster you start your row the faster you finish the workout.
