EMOM x 10
2 Back Squats @ 85% of your 1RM

2. WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
200 meter Farmers Carry, 70/55 (scale to the heaviest you can do. DBs or KBs are ok)
100 meter Walking Lunge (outside preferably)*
40 meter Handstand Walk
(wall to wall x 2) (scale: 40 Handstand Rocks - you choose scale based on video. Another scale is knees on a 20" box and rock side to side)
*Outside=vet table and back, Inside=wall to wall x 5
