Deadlift 

5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1

80% for all 5 rep sets, 85% for all 3 rep sets, start at 90% for 1 rep sets and increase as long as form stays true.

Focus on perfect form on these. No dropping from the top of the rep and no rebounding. This is for strength while keeping form.
