"Make no mistake, the United States is at war with ISIS.

Fortunately for us, we have the bravest soldiers, sailors, and grunts the world over ready to stand watch for us in far away theaters of operation.

Unfortunately, with war comes death - you simply can't have one without another.

1st LT Weston Lee lost his life fighting this war on April 29th, while on patrol in Northern Iraq and taking the fight to the enemy.

Several friends and brothers that are currently deployed to Iraq that were close with Weston put the workout together and reached out in hopes we could honor him with his Hero WOD.

Anchor will be doing "Weston Lee" on Wednesday, May 10th for all classes throughout the day. Anyone who would like to drop in with us is more than welcome to. I don't care how crowded it gets - we'll honor his sacrifice the best way we know how.

I'm also calling out EVERY CROSSFIT BOX and MICRO-GYM in Iowa, the Midwest, and in the UNITED STATES. If you read this post, share it and make "Weston Lee" the workout of the day on Wednesday, May 10th at your facility.

Please also take a look at the GoFundMe page and the memorial page below."
