1. Tricep and Chest Work

4 Rounds not for Time:

10 Bench Press @ 65% of your 1RM

10 each 1 Arm Overhead DB Tricep Extension

15 Unbroken Band Tricep Pushdown

2. EMOM x 10: (for total calories)

1st min: As many calories as possible on the rower (all out effort here)

2nd min: Push Ups and T2B III-15/10, II-10/7, I-10 knee push ups/ 7 knees to elbows

*Every rep you do not complete takes away 1 rep of calories

**Be strict and precise with your form on these push ups and T2B. No inactive dipped backs on push up.
