4 Rounds for Heaviest Weight
Every 3 mins complete:
3 Power Snatches 
75 DUs (150 SUs)  *Scale down to a # that you and your coach agree upon if jump rope is not fast for you 
*Build in weight each round 

Rest 3 mins 

4 Rounds for Heaviest Weight
Every 3 mins complete: 
5 Power Cleans 
15 Burpees  

*Build in weight each round 

Note: For every round that you do not complete the DUs or Burpees within the time limit, take 10% off your heaviest lift. Example, if I take too long doing the cleans on 2 rounds and do not get my 15 burpees in then I subtract 20% (2 rds) from my heaviest round of cleans. Let's say the heaviest was 200#, 20% is 40 #s so my score would be 160#s.  

Other Note: The point of this is how well can you lift heavy while combining a high heart rate. You can do this!
