1. High Hang Power Snatch - E2MOM
3 reps at 50%
3 reps at 55%
3 reps at 60%
3 reps at 65%
3 reps at 65%
3 reps at 65%

*Percentage is based off your 1RM Full Snatch. You can keep climbing vs stay at 65% if form is still looking good. The goal is for all of these reps to feel SOLID as you climb in weight.
*Use blocks if necessary and the 3 reps does NOT have to be Unbroken




2. "Nicole" (BENCHMARK WOD on the board)

For Total Pull Up reps in 20 minutes:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Run 400m then complete the largest set of UNBROKEN pull ups that you can do. Once your feet touches the ground, box, rig, anything, you record that # of pull ups then run another 400m. Continue until 20 mins has expired.
