8 Min AMRAP:

50 Meter Farmer Carry III-55s/35s, II-35s/25s, I-25s/15s (KB or DB. Due to equipment restrictions people may need to use weights between the listed #s)

10 Sit Up to Press Up with Plate (25#/15#) *Straight leg (Scaled: Lighter or no weight and feet under DBs if needed)

REST 2 Min

8 Min AMRAP:

50 Meter Farmer Carry (same as 1st round)

10 Deficit Push Ups at 3" (still touch chest to ground)

*1/2 way on farmer's carry = 5 reps, full 50m = 10 reps
