10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Seated DB Strict Press (III-35/25, II-30/20, I-25/15)
 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Bench Press @ 60% of your 1RM
 
*Start with 10 Presses then 1 Bench Press, next is 9 Presses then 2 BP, etc until you get to 1 Press and 10 BP
 **If sharing bench press with someone then use a box for seated strict press

2. WOD

 15 Push Ups (LIII-Decline Push Ups, feet on box)
