1. Bear Complex
For Heaviest Load:

2 Unbroken Bear Complexes:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

*You must separate (pause between) the movements. And you must touch and go into the 2nd complex.

LEVEL III can do Squat Clean into a Thruster and back rack thruster coming out of the back squat. Only do this if you are very efficient with these movements and bringing the bar from overhead to your shoulders. We want to keep good positioning throughout.

Min 2: 200m Run (scale run to get back in around :50 secs)
