1) Double KB Strict Press
*Use heaviest KB you can do while still maintaining lumbar alignment and tight core. This is very important because any arching in the back is not only risky but it also takes away from your press strength which is the reason for the exercise.

1 Snatch @ III-70%, II-65%, I-60% of 1RM
