Warm- Up

Sit in the bottom of a squat for 2 mins

*If you don't complete the 2 mins then start over.

40 Jumping Pull Ups


WOD

"Circuits"

Do each exercise for 1 minute then immediately rotate to the next. 

Count and record your reps.


4 Rounds for Total Reps:

Medicine Ball Power Cleans

Oblique Crunches

Rope Slam while Scissoring Legs

Punch Bob

GHD Sit-Ups

*2 mins rest in between rounds



Finale 

Sit in the bottom of a squat for 4 mins.

*Same rules. Have to stay in the squat or start over.
