Warm- Up

3 Rounds of:

6 Push Ups

Pull Ups

10 Squat Jumps

Practice each movement in the workout as well


For Time:

20 Front Squats (135lbs, 85lbs) (Add weight if you can do more than 7 reps unbroken)

30 Box Jumps (30", 24") (Choose highest box that you are comfortable with)

40 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood, 1 pood)

50 Wall Balls (M-10"/20lb, W-9"/14lb) (Hit the target EVERY TIME. This is the only way to get the workout intended by wall balls)
