Clean and Jerks
*Weight is 70-75% of your C&J Max. 10 minutes will be allotted for this.
Skip to 3:20 and watch each one of Rich Froning's lifts. All are identical.
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Box Jumps, the second 8 is Rowing (w/ heavy drag), the third 8 intervals are Burpee Lateral Jump Overs, and finally, the last 8 intervals is boxing. There is no rest between exercises.
