2 Reps E.M.O.M. until Failure (for a max of 20 mins)

Rep is:

1 Wide Push Up

1 Regular Push Up

1 Diamond Push Up

1 Staggered Push Up (1 arm in front, the other tucked by your side)

1 Staggered Push Up (other side)

*All 5 push ups must be unbroken

WOD Demo (Single Guys...this WILL happen if you complete the challenge)

Here's the catch. For every minute you complete of the workout, you take 100m off of your row. :-)
