Active Rest/Skill Day
We figure you guys may be pretty sore today and we've been hearing alot of your express how you want to get better/work on a certain skill. Today we will do that!
Remember, people don't get way better at a sport by simply playing in games (WODs.) They get better by PRACTICING! We are always open to you coming a little early or staying a little late and working on something you would like to work on including your mobility. THAT'S how you improve and make WODs a little easier and more efficient. Today we devote an entire class to getting better at this sport we call CrossFit.
