Team WOD #1 9 Min Cutoff 100m Row 10 Overhead Squats (95/55) 200m Row 12 OHS 300m Row 14 OHS 400m Row 16 OHS 500m Row 18 OHS 600m Row 20 OHS (etc...) *1 team member working at a time. Get as far as you can into the workout in 9 mins. Rest 9 mins then the 2nd WOD starts. Team WOD #2 9 Min Cutoff Row 1500m then AMRAP of Ground to Overhead with remaining time (135/95) *1 team member working at all times. Must complete 1500m row before moving to GTO.
