*We're going to switch it up occasionally and do Front Squats and possibly Overhead Squats



*Stretch out your wrists

*Add weight each warm up set to see what weight to use for the 8 x 3

AMRAP in 12 mins of:

6 Burpee Box Carry Overs w/ Strict Push Up* (DB will vary) (20")

8 DB Sit Ups

10 DB Straight Legged Deadlifts

*Do regular burpee down to the ground if you cannot do a deep strict push up
