Back Squats 

*Add 5lbs to last Wednesday's weight


Against a 3 mins clock, complete As Many Rounds and Reps As Possible of: 

Ring Push Ups 

Jump Squats

12 Double Unders (Singles x 3)

After the 3 minute round rest 60 seconds

Repeat 5 times

The purpose of the rest is for you to go as hard as you can, like it's the last 3 minutes of a workout, knowing that you will soon get a minute break. This results in a higher intensity workout than a 15 minute straight workout. Push past what you think you're capable of today!
