20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Air Squats
*3 mins of rest in between each round. Goal is to go as hard as you can, no rest, for each round because you get 3 mins to recover.
*Keep good quality form throughout this workout. This is the time to practice No Repping yourself. Every bad rep takes you further away from the best you can be!
