*You have to balance between time and weight. Don't take too much time to find your 5, 3 & 10RM and have a really slow time. But also don't rush through back squats and have a low weight but a fast time. Go ahead and be thinking about what your maxes may be considering your knowledge of your 1RM and your 7RM (which you established last week.)
