then 3 x 5

Push Press @ 80% of 7RM weight


WOD

"Death by Back Squat"

With a continuous clock complete

1 Back Squat on 1st minute

2 Back Squats on 2nd min

3 BS on 3rd min

continue until you cannot complete the # of reps within the minute

*Weight is 225lbs for Men and 145lbs for Women or body weight of athlete. Whichever is higher.
