Heavy Wall Balls (Heavier than 20/14. Stretch yourself on the weight you choose)


Quick Note: We have had alot of slightly longer WODs lately so you'll need to switch up your approach and mentality on this one. This is an all out, balls to the wall (pun intended), no concern for burning out WOD. See how hard you can go for a short period of time. After the WOD, feel free to work on other skills and ask for the coaches help.
