In between each set complete a 400m Run
*Back squat weight should be clean and jerked or pressed or thrusted then lowered to your traps to then perform the back squats
200 Partner Sit Up Ball Passes
(Both athletes do a sit up each time but only 1 has the ball. Each time you do a sit up it counts as 1. Also, don't let the ball hit the ground. It takes away from your core doing the work.)
